This is my first kitchen of the year, this one was having the whole house rewired at the time, a pretty straightforward and basic kitchen with some very bold red tiles.

Pretty straightforward installation after ripping out the old oak units and tiles, the oven was upgraded to a double and the existing fridge and freezer were re-sited to another part of the kitchen, will look great when tiled..

This Kitchen was installed in a swedish made wood cabin nicknamed “The Lodge”, the floor still has to be tiled as does the walls.

This old kitchen was in a bad way as you can see by the fading of the doors, they were starting to go a nice shade of yellow, the buttermilk replacement looks superb with new washing machine and space for a new dishwasher, very compact kitchen and all ready for a new floor and wall tiling.

Another transformed kitchen, this time from yellowing white doors and appliances to a more colourful buttermilk.

This kitchen was a long and narrow room so I had to take the photo’s for each side separately.

This kitchen was also a long and narrow room so I had to take the photo’s for each side separately, notice an existing radiator was removed in this kitchen and replaced by a Myson Kickspace plinth heater.

This kitchen had been partially dismantled before I got there, I installed a few extra electrical sockets and removed the old tiles before installing these natural oak units.

Omega Logica stone in the main kitchen with Omega lissa oak forming the storage area with the built in oven in the centre. Both sets of pictures show a definite improvement now the final decorating, floor covering and tiling has been completed. Many thanks to Mac & Dilys for the final photo’s.

This kitchen had to be photographed in two directions to get it all in the photo, what a beautiful transformation and well worth the ten years it took to get refitted with it’s range cooker and matching cooker hood, note the two different worktops used.

I replaced the worktops onthis kitchen back In 2003, I also did some other work but this time I have had quite a bit more to do, most of the cabinets are new now, new worktops, new appliances and a change from gas to electric hob, the same ceramic wall tiles still remain but look excellent with the new units.

Note the pipe work running down the left hand side of the window on the third photo has been resited further into the corner so it is now hidden behind the purpose built boiler cabinet, the pictures were taken after the finished job but before the tiling and decorating was completed.

The above pictures show before and after installation, the project just requires decorating now, a truly stunning kitchen.

Shows the main kitchen as before and after, and the finished views of the other two parts of the kitchen, these were taken before the decorating and tiling was completed.

It is nice to show various stages of a fitted kitchen and here we have a classic example, left shows the original kitchen how it was, next right shows how it stood empty just before fitting, next right shows after I have installed the main kitchen and appliances and the far right is a different view of the kitchen which shows a photo taken after the new floor has gone down and tiling has been completed. Many thanks to Paul & Jackie for the coffee, cold drinks and fan, it was hot that week.

This kitchen had everything changed around, the hand of the drainer of the sink, the washer and cooker position and even new sockets, the protection film to the gloss worktop was kept on whilst waiting for the tiling to be completed.

Two different views in this kitchen, the sink view and the wrap around wall units and under worktop storage for washer/dryer/fridge/freezer. Thanks to Martin & Diana for asking me back to take the finished photo’s.

I was lucky enough to be able to refurbish the staff kitchen for a local radio station GEM 106 in Nottingham, this has made a massive difference to the kitchen area with 2 microwaves and a breakfast bar. I would like to thank all the staff and presenters who made me feel very welcome and kept me going with plenty of coffee not forgetting Dan Wood for showing me around his studio while he was on the air, incredible stuff.

This kitchen was finished In Omega white gloss and Silestone © granite worktops, the larder, oven and microwave, and tall integrated fridge was situated on a wall on their own.

This 1982 partly ripped out kitchen had to be photographed in two sections to be appreciated , what a transformation !

Left picture looks a bit of a jumble with all the new furniture stacked up ready to fit but the next right image shows how this wall has been made a feature of. The other pictures show the completed main kitchen with black granite worktops , stunning.

This was the refurbishment of a veterinary surgery’s canteen kitchen that had been installed for twenty years, everything was removed and replaced including the tiles, the microwave was fitted onto brackets to give more worktop space and more wall units were added for extra storage, the flooring was also being upgraded afterwards.

Yet another transformation with matching worktop upstands, awaiting new fridge and customer completion of electrics.

This kitchen has had it’s oven moved over to the wall where the fridge is, leaving the rest to be well and truly updated. I love those curved doors. I have also installed 3 pop up sockets into the worktops so no sockets are on display only when in use. The far right picture shows what a truly stunning kitchen this is now, Thanks to Bansh & Lesley for the photo’s.

Normally you would tile a kitchen after installation but this one was tiled before, the plastic protection was left on the worktop to keep it clean because of other works being done, there is a cooker hood to be installed after the tiling has been completed and an american style fridge freezer goes in the gap on the right hand side.

Although this kitchen was virtually exchanged unit for unit there are one or two nice features like the flyover shelf above the window with three low voltage lights fitted in and swapping the cooker hood for an integrated one makes all the difference. Many thanks to Paul & Chris for their hospitality and the “after tiling” photo’s.

Omega Richmond With Solid Oak worktops. The floor in this kitchen is being tiled after I have finished.

This JJO Colonial kitchen with Omega end panels looks stunning with black appliances and sink, the under wall unit LED lighting has had a dramatic effect on the whole kitchen too. Notice that I have boxed that ugly pipework in which was painted the same colour as the wall. Many thanks to Mandy & Mark for the pictures taken after tiling etc.

Another JJO Colonial kitchen this time in beech with Duropal Tuscan granite worktops, that short boxing above the worktop in the corner was replaced by a plywood boxing going from worktop to ceiling which will be painted and tiled. The after installation pictures show before tiling and floorcovering were completed.

JJO Colonial kitchen in light oak with Duropal worktops, the lightness of these kitchen units make the whole room look much larger than it did before.
